• Shipping costs vary depending on weight, destination, and volume.

• Payments are made online by credit card.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Belgian law, there is a 7-day period from receipt of the order to exercise a right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging so they can be resold.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be neither refunded nor exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the returned parcel is lost or damaged, the order will not be refunded and the buyer must file a claim directly with their carrier.
